I’ve actually decided that this month will be dedicated to onions/garlic. Because why not spotlight something that is usually treated as an accent to every other thing in a dish. Because onions and garlic are mother-flipping DELICIOUS.  And because this:

  1. We grow both onions and garlic and sell them at our local farmers market. We dehydrate garlic for garlic powder and garlic chips and you can’t find anything better. We grow 4 different varieties of onions and a specialty called cippolini onions . I am happy to hear that you are wanting onions and garlic to be a great part of the years enjoyable veggie’s !

    1. Garlic CHIPS?! That sounds amazing. I’m pretty excited to be devoting a month to them as well. They always take a backseat, but are so delicious.

    1. Ha! Funny you should ask that. I made a caramelized onion dip, with greek yogurt and cream cheese, last week! It was crazy good. Need to post soon, but also need some lessons in food photography..
